Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. Larger furniture pieces may require white-glove delivery, which can extend the timeline to 2-3 weeks.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Wiltshire ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. You can also view your order status by logging into your Wiltshire account.
