Introducing the Wiltshire Sink Strainer Basket. Simply expand out over your kitchen sink to rinse fruit and vegetables, drain pasta, thaw frozen food or use as a dish rack to air dry kitchen utensils. Is there anything this little number can’t do? The Wiltshire Sink Strainer Basket can be adjusted to fit most sinks, it expands from 29cm to 42cm and when stretched over the sink, the bottom is raised from your sink base preventing drained water from backing up into the basket. The evenly spaced holes on the bottom of the basket helps prevent food from falling down the drain and increase airflow when drying. The holes are larger than most traditional colanders, so this basket is not ideal for rice, quinoa, or small grains.
